The Federal Custom Authority achieves ISO 10015 Quality management- Guidelines for training

Federal Custom Authority (FCA) lead by example and demonstrated commitment to excellence by achieving ISO 10015 certification from BSI(The British Standards Institution.)

H.E Commissioner Ali Al Kaabi, Head of the Federal Customs Authority received the certificate on the 29^th of May 2016 from Mr. Yahya El Olabi, BSI Group General Manager Abu Dhabi & KSA. H.E Mohammed Jumaa Buosaiba, Director-General of the Federal Customs Authority.  

H.E Commissioner Ali Al Kaabi commented: "The Federal Customs Authority’s achievement is in line with the pursuit of the Authority for its new strategy towards organizational excellence in addition to achieving featured training and raising the level of all employees in order to develop their performance and the services provided to customers.”

On the other hand, BSI Abu Dhabi and KSA General Manager- Yahya El Olabi, congratulated FCA and added that receiving this award is a continuation of the journey of excellence. He also expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Authority towards implementing best practice and continuous improvement.
